In order to slow down the spread of the corona virus, the city hall will be closed from Tuesday, 17 March 2020 until the end of the Easter holidays (April 19th 2020).
The offices are staffed and employees can be reached by phone and e-mail.
Forms for applications and other concerns can be downloaded and printed out from www.stadt-bergneustadt.de. Telephone numbers and e-mail addresses of the employees can also be found on the homepage.
Appointments in the city hall are only possible for urgent matters that can not be delayed, e.g.:
- notification of deaths at the registry office,
- disbursement of livelihood assistance benefits at the city treasury.
